Like a couple of busy elves we’re starting to put in the hours in the uMF workshop. This is because we’re busy preparing for the four upcoming Christmas Fayres we’ll be attending. Come and meet us, see the faces behind uMF and say “hi”…you could even buy something if you like!
Gisborough Hall Sunday 11th November
The first of the four events is the Luxury Christmas Fayre at Gisborough Hall on Sunday 11th November, hosted by Your Main Event, see the event page on Facebook here. St James’ Park, Newcastle, Saturday 17th – Sunday 18th November
uMF will be attending the St Jame’s Park Festive Fayre Newcastle on 17th and 18th November. Hosted by Newcastle United this event promises to be fantastic. With an array of local traders, unique handcrafted gifts and decorations that you won’t find on the high street.
A variety of traditional festive food and drink will be on offer too for the ultimate Christmas shopping experience.
Tickets are £3 per person when purchased in advance via the Eventbrite page or £5 on the door. You can have a look at the event Facebook page too.

Following the success of last year’s Festive Fayre at St James’ Park. The two day event is returning to the stadium, on 17th and 18th November. This year we hope to make it even bigger and better!
The fayre will showcase the best of decorations, handmade gifts, bespoke festive novelties, food, drinks, crafts and much more. All of this from a hand-picked selection of North East exhibitors and those from further afield.
Whatever the weather, only a short walk from the city centre, join us for the ultimate Christmas shopping experience. Whether it’s inspiration for decorations, the perfect gift, or just to treat yourself, we’ve got something for you.
Join us to kick start your Christmas and make a day of it. Why not book a table in our restaurant? Take a tour of our fantastic stadium? Take the children to see Santa and his Elves in the Grotto?
With single day advance tickets just £3.00, and children going free, it really is an unmissable weekend!
Christmas Craft, Collectors & Gift Fair at The Belfrey York Saturday 24th November
This is the third event uMF will be attending, it is being held on 24th November from 10am – 4.30pm. The host of this event is Heritage Promotions.
The fair is being held at the Belfrey Hall on Stonegate right in the centre of York. This is a well established event that has been running since 1992. It will be showcasing a number of different stall holders, comprising of crafts, collectors and gifts.
Christmas Farmers Market and Gift Fair, at Teesside Caravans Thornaby, Saturday 15th December
The fourth, and most probably the last event uMF will be attending this year is the Christmas Farmers Market and Gift Fair. This is hosted by Teesside Caravans on the 15th December open between 10am and 3pm.

Teesside Caravans present a cornucopia of the finest foods, crafts and gifts the region has to offer. If it’s something different you’re after then come and browse a wide selection of handmade gifts, cosmetics, soaps, luxury cards and more.
Foodies will not be disappointed with the superb selection of cheese, meat, yummy cakes and sweets on offer.
These events are designed to showcase local talent and create a unique shopping experience.
There will be a Santa’s Grotto to visit too!
There is ample free parking, free entrance and free Santa’s Grotto. The fair is open from 10.00am until 3.00pm in the warmth of indoors.
We will be holding a raffle on the day and the proceeds will be going directly to charity.
