Firstly all delivery is FREE with uMF…woo hoo!

Don’t you just hate it when you’re on a website and you simply cannot find any information on delivery?!
Me too, so here’s what happens when ordering from uMF.

We want you to know that we are humans; so when you email or call; a human will respond, we’re all about being bespoke and personalised too so really want to get as much information as we can from you regarding your order. Please remember; if you’re unsure just get in touch before placing an order.

The two processes below show what you can expect to happen when placing an order with uMF…

Process for most products…

Once your order lands in the uMF inbox the below process will begin:

1. Although we probably won’t need to; please don’t be surprised if you receive an email or a phone call asking for further details…we just want to get it right for you.

2. uMF will get busy in the workshop producing your order, this will usually only take somewhere between three and five days but we will be in touch if we think it will take longer.

3. Your product will then be carefully packaged and dispatched using a trusted delivery service. This can take up to five days…but usually it’s less; more like three days.

If you’re in need of a product sooner please just get in touch and we’ll let you know if we can help. The product listing should contain information about dispatch times too.

Refunds and returns…

Just a quick not on refunds and returns…

As most orders from uMF are personalised or bespoke we cannot accept returns as the product will not be of any use to anyone else.

If the product arrives damaged or for any reason you’re not happy with it; you just need to get in touch with uMF and we’ll do our level best to sort it out and make you happy.

Replacements and refunds will be considered on a case by case basis; it’s all about communication between us and you so we won’t leave you hanging.

All of that said, we think you’ll be very happy with the level of service and quality of your products from uMF and we look forward to making your thoughts become things.

Process for more complex products…

Once you have been in touch with us about what you want the below process will begin:

1. We will email or call you to discuss your order. We may need further details, photographs to be emailed, a text document, or even to arrange to meet…we just want to get it right for you.

2. uMF will get busy in the studio designing your order. You will receive a proof for you to approve via email. There can be a bit of back and forth at this stage in order to get the product just how you want it.

3. uMF will get busy in the workshop producing your order, we will do this as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.

4. Your product will then be carefully packaged and dispatched using a trusted delivery service. This can take up to five days…but usually it’s less; more like three days.

A bespoke product like a wedding seating plan can take up to four weeks due to the back and forth with the client, however…uMF has been able to design and supply a table plan, hundreds of place names and table numbers to a tight, three day deadline. So, please just let us know what you need and we’ll do our very best to accommodate you. Also if your deadline is very tight, just call us before proceeding to the checkout and we’ll be able to let you know if we’re able to help.
